The Hyatt Regency Tamaya partnered with Gensler to create an updated interior that provides a connection with the Tamayame people, the Native American tribe on whose ancestral land the nearly 550-acre resort and golf course reside.
The design aims to draws inspiration from the Tamayame's history, culture, and artistic sensibility.
The design imparts feelings of balance and authenticity while energizing and refreshing the space with a special focus on materiality, art forms, and native symbology.

This 150-key boutique hotel in Austin, Texas aims to bring a truly Texas design aesthetic with a playful sense of flair, with elevated materiality, layered texture, and bold color. Catering to a diverse clientele of authentic experience seeking travelers, business go getters, and lively locals.
It’s design inspiration draws from Texas sunsets, celestial events, native floral and fauna, the traditional building techniques, and the humble grackle whose iridescent feathers sparkle in the bright sun.
The project includes exterior core and shell building design for the hotel including public spaces, guest rooms, meeting spaces, and back-of-house functions.
