In my current internship with Mary Schalk Design I am creating renderings for the renovations for Plum Dandy, a yogurt shop in Saratoga Spring, NY. In keeping with the historic style of the area the design aims to bring in modern elements that will bring this yogurt shop into a new flavor as it expands its menu and brand into healthier food options. Some before shots of the interior to see the progress of our design and to show what historical elements we are remaining true to. This project is in process so stop by often to see updates.
The Multi-Generational Space Museum is collaborative effort with colleague Jessica Ann Culver using an existing structure to design a museum for the aging population of Baby Boomers that is centered around the topic of space exploration both historically and towards the future. This museum aims to re-spark and share the sense of wonder both in older adults and in newer generations using interactive tactile exhibits and accessible design.
