This sheltered entry provides students a tactile experience as they enter the space.

As you enter the foyer the stairs between the entry and café provide a space where students and teachers can meet up and stop and talk. A mountain for climbing and to inspire social connections. 

A soft upholstered landscape provides students with a setting that is casual and encourages social engagement with each other. Variations in levels provide an opportunity for students to explore while also giving them agronomical seating that best fits them.   

The magnet wall allows students bring together words on a page into a realm of manipulation so that they can create their own stories and become active in their learning. 

Here is where teachers and students would meet up and discuss what they would be learning today or would be a place where they could come together and reflect on what was learned. The simi-enclosed space provides a sense of protection but also opens them up to the environment for exploration. 

This is a view of the third floor reading room that really functions as a knowledge sharing center. Along with proving books there is a smart marker board that can be used by the students or teachers to visually share knowledge. Like the second floor along the perimeter are soft landscapes for students to lounge on.

Technology space right off the Reading Room. 

Small multi-purpose room that can be used by teachers and students to meet up at discuss lessons. Mountain table allows students to chose the level on involvement in a discussion or project.

Right off the Exploration Studio this room allows students to form smaller groups or to work independently. Reflection caves under the Thinking Bridge Mezzanine allow for more enclosed structures. 

Cave in Explorative Thinking Space where students can retreat too when they are over stimulated or want a quiet place to work. The facets attached to the walls are upholstered foam.

Teachers and students can explore together in the Exploration Studio. The Thinking Bridge Mezzanine above with the irregular cut outs allows for students to look down on the prospect space and also provides a little shelter within the space itself. Intentionally void of heavy or permanent furniture this allows for the space to change to the needs of the students and teachers.

Irregular polygon windows provide a view down into the exploration studio. Like the exploration studio this space is meant to be arranged and shaped by the students.­
